The foundation stone for continuous East European traffic was laid more than 30 years ago through excellent links with several Russian and other Eastern European partners – at a time when it seemed hardly conceivable for the majority of German freight forwarders to "venture" into Russia.

Today, Benzinger Freight, the newest member of the Benzinger Group, is one of the leading freight forwarding companies for the Eastern European region. Transport services to the former Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) all the way to the Chinese border have now been part and parcel of day-to-day business for quite some time.
